We start with a simple conversation, in a simple café, and we speak about you - where you are, where you want to go, and what's holding you back (IQ). From here, our coaches may continue the conversation to understand things better, or provide opportunities to challenge your perspectives (IQ). They may recommend some MI-interventions to tap into your EQ and PQ, to extract information you may not know existed, but equally important. Or they may also explore processes with you to align to your EQ and SQ, so that the next steps feel less resistive. Regardless the paths taken, your journey will be a beautiful one, and it will be one that happens for you.

It is useful to know that people behave differently in different contexts, and through the science of conversational profiling, you can uncover your own mechanical strategies that show up in various situations. Doing a LAB profile can help you identify your suitability for a particular role; similarly, LAB profiling can provide hiring managers with valuable insights before selecting a candidate into a new position.
